The factory of NexGen CleanTech Pvt. Ltd. is located at Plot E-61, Rajangaon MIDC which is about 55 kms from Pune towards Ahmednagar.
- The factory is built on a plot of 11,000 sq. feet with a built up area of 6,000 sq. feet to start with.
- Electrical power connection of more than 100 HP.
- In-house quality machinery, equipments, tools, instruments etc. needed for assembling, precision measurements, testing, quality assurance, installing and commissioning of machines.
- 2D and 3D Computer Aided Designing packages. All designs, drawings and Bills of Material are generated using these packages so that data will be retained and can be retrieved at anytime.
- Well-equipped supplier and vendor network for Laser cutting, Power Shearing, CNC Power Press, Laser Cutting, Plasma Cutting, TIG / Pulse TIG Welding, Material Testing, CNC Machining, Panel Wiring, etc.
- NexGen CleanTech is in the process of setting up a Cleanliness Evaluation test laboratory with the complete Millipore apparatus and particle size measurement for evaluating cleanliness of components pre and post cleaning.
- NexGen CleanTech has marketing and servicing center in Chennai and will soon have such centers at New Delhi and Bangalore.
